Timberline Campground MAp and rules

* All weekly, monthly and seasonal rates for Water/Elec., Full Hook up, Pull Thru’s, RV rentals, Camper Cabins and Cottages are plus electric. The meter will be read prior to your check in and before check out.

*** All rental units require a $100.00 security deposit at time of check-in.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no full or partial refunds on reservations in which discounted rates were applied. Discounted rates include, but are not limited to weekly, monthly and seasonal rates. On regular rate reservations, if you notify us more than seven days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund minus a handling charge of one (1) night rate for your site. If you notify us less than 7 days before your arrival on a regular rate stay, there are no refunds given.

• HOLIDAY WEEKEND POLICY: 3 Day Minimum. Paid in full at time. Sorry, no Discounts or Refunds!

• All rates are for the registered campers only and include up to four (4) people. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per person above the four.

• All visitors, including children, are $5.00 each per day or $18.00 per car.

• All Visitors must leave by 8:00PM.

• There is only one (1) vehicle allowed per site. All other vehicles, including visitors must park in the overflow parking area. There is only one camping unit allowed per site.

• There is a WINTER STORAGE/RESERVATION fee of $400.00 per site that is due before the campground closes in October. If there is anything left on your site, the fee applies.

• Holiday reservations are for the full holiday weekend rate and are non-refundable.
